Pre+Post is intended to offer a place for transplant candidates, new recipients and caregivers to gather and meet previous recipients who want to encourage and offer encouragement. As a first step, we always encourage patients to check with their transplant coordinator or medical team when you have a question. We also learned that meeting someone else who has had a successful transplant is important and gives you an opportunity to ask general questions along your transplant journey. Call 913-851-1947 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The calendar is underwritten by Gift of Life Community Partners: Nate & Kim Harbur, Olathe Medical Center, The University of Kansas Hospital and Viracor Eurofins.
